Routine Maintenance Agreement

Important Service Agreement Information: The Routine Maintenance Service Agreement begins and ends on the dates listed on your Enrollment Form for 12 months, and unless you cancel, automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms. Eligibility: An owner of a residential home may be eligible. Covered Work: Priority service, 15% discount on parts and labor for repairs, filters and water panels, 10% discount on accessories, and two maintenance inspection(s) for the following system(s) as specified on your Enrollment Form: air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, electric furnaces, ductless splits, humidifiers, air cleaners. Your system(s) must be performing normally for all points of a tune-up to be provided. Not Covered: Damages, losses, or expenses due to negligence or otherwise, caused by you or any person or entity other than us; excluded damages, for example damages necessary to access the repair area; assessing, remediating or abating mold; systems shared with a third party; and systems with custom, non-standard or after-market controls. Disputes resolved by arbitration, without class action or jury trial, unless otherwise stated in your full Routine Maintenance Service Agreement. Making a Service Call: Your plan starts the day your enrollment is processed, and you may make a service call immediately. You must be current with your fee to use this Service Agreement. Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling 1-301-620-1770. If you cancel within 30 days of your start date, you will get a full refund (less the cost of any inspections or discounts on repairs or diagnostics, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro-rata refund (less the cost of any inspections or discounts on repairs or diagnostics, where applicable).
